This is my go to salmon recipe that is easy, quick and tasty enough for weeknight dinner.
Gochujang green bean recipe is also easy and delicious! you can serve this with any other dishes.
1. Preheat the oven 400F
2. Mix mayo, soy sauce and mirin well in a bowl.
3. Place the salmon fillet in a baking sheet and season with salt and pepper.
4. If you like garlic, cover chopped garlic over the fillet.(I recommend to put garlic)
5.Pour the mayo mixer on the fillet and cover well. Set aside to marinated for 10 minute (you can marinate it a day before)
6. Meanwhile, Make Gochujang Green Beans. Clean green beans and half onion.
7. Slice onion and trim green beans. Add green beans and sliced onion in a bowl.
8. Add oil, soy sauce, sesame seed, Gochujang and pinch of slat & pepper in th bowl and mix well with green beans and onion.
9.On a baking sheet, arrange in a single layer.
10. Put the salmon and the beans in the oven. Roast them together for 10-15 minutes.
11. Meanwhile, slice scallion for garnish.
12. After 10 minutes, pull the beans out first and drizzle sesame oil on it.
13. Check the salmon is cooked and pull out from the oven. Torch on top of the salmon or broil it for 3-5 minutes.
