Apples are everywhere and this is perfect season to make some Spiced Apple Jam. This recipe is easy to make a flavorful apple jam.
How to use ginger syrup
5 tsp minced ginger
30 minutes
1 hour - 1.5 hours
about 2 hours
4 half pint jars
Depending on the tartness of the apples, the sugar quality can be increase or decreased.
I used Granny Smith , Pink Lady and Fuji for the jam.
